Christie's Grape Salad

Christie Orndorf served up a most delicious dish at our last meeting and everyone was jumping up and down for the recipe, so here it is!

4-5 lbs red seedless grapes, washed and stems removed
8oz. cream cheese softened
8oz. sour cream
¼ cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla

Beat cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla together with electric mixer until blended and creamy. Add grapes and mix together well. Chill a few hours.

Mix together until all lumps are out:
¾ cup brown sugar
¾ cup ground pecans

Put a layer of grape mixture into serving bowl. Sprinkle with approx. half the nut mixture. Add remainder of grape mixture to bowl and top with nut mixture as desired.
Keep chilled until ready to serve.
