The Safety Harbor Public Library is offering an interactive sign language course for babies and toddlers on October 15, 22, 29 & November 5th from 10:30-11:00 a.m. The best part...it's free!!!Why sign? This is a wonderful way to connect with your little one and help them communicate long before they learn how to speak. Studies have shown that kids who learn sign language are:
