Celebrate Jesus!

It can be a challenge this time of year to keep our children focused on the celebration of the birth of Christ. Santa is an integral part of our culture, but one that shouldn't minimize the importance of Jesus. This poem brings the two together in a way that can keep Jesus in the spotlight without completely losing Santa along the way.

Harborside MOPS wishes you and your families a very Merry Christmas and many, many blessings in the year to come!

See Santa is happy on this Christmas morn;
Santa is happy because Jesus is born;
Listen to the angels blowing their horn.
All praises to GOD for His Son is born.
We celebrate His birth on Christmas Day
GOD watches us as we work and play;
Jesus Christ came and taught us how to pray;
He taught us as long as He could stay.
The blood of Jesus washed our sins away.
That's why Santa is happy on Christmas Day;
He wants children to be happy and to play.
Santa brings the good children candies and toys
Makes the children happy; all the girls and boys.
Happiness on the day that Jesus is born;
Celebrate all people on this Christmas morn!!!
