For those of you joining us for the Santa Playdate this Wednesday, we are looking forward to seeing you there...it is sure to be a wonderful time! Another way for your little ones to get up close and personal with Santa this season is to go to the website http://portablenorthpole.tv/home You can enter specific information about your child (name, age, sex, state, special efforts they made this year, what they want for Christmas, etc.) and get a personalized video message from Santa! (There is no cost to do this.) It is really well done and I personally know of several kids who were very awestruck by it and of course happy they made it on Santa's good list. One way to incorporate the idea of Santa into the story of Christmas is to explain that Santa is one of God's helpers and he works very hard to help celebrate Jesus' birthday.
